OXFORD United have announced the final fixture as part of their pre-season schedule.
The U’s will welcome Premier League side Southampton to the Kassam Stadium on July 31, with kick-off at 7.30pm.
The Saints were promoted back to the top flight at the first time of asking, beating Leeds United 1-0 in the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.
Managed by Russell Martin, the Saints squad includes the likes of Poland centre back Jan Bednarek, who played for his country in three games at Euro 2024 this summer, plus Adam Lallana, who returned to his former club last month.
