OXFORD United celebrated their promotion to the second tier of English football with an open-top bus tour on Monday evening.
The parade started at The Plain, before then going over Magdalen Bridge, and along the High Street towards Oxford Town Hall.
Players and staff then entered the Town Hall, where they had been invited by Oxford City Council as guests for a civic ceremony.

Our photographer Mike Allen captured some sensational photos on board the players’ bus before it arrived at The Plain, and then of the thousands of U’s supporters who lined the streets to celebrate promotion.
Check out pictures from the open-top bus parade, and from inside the civic ceremony, in the above photo gallery.
