Thame United Women thrashed Longford 10-0 in the Thames Valley Women’s League Plate to reach their second cup quarter final of the season.
Thame took charge of the match early on, with Bella Fulton scoring in the 7th minute.
Captain Amy Cowen doubled the away side's lead in the 40th minute to see her team go into the break 2-0 up.
Thame started the second half on the front foot and netted three goals in the three minutes to put the result beyond doubt.
Sarah Winfield began the scoring spree, running from inside her own half before finding the net.
Fulton was again involved just before the hour mark, passing to Yasmin Williams, who crafted her way around four Longford players before drilling the ball into the far right netting.
Just over 5 minutes later, Thame won the ball back from Longford's goal kick, resulting in Cowen getting her second of the day before she completed her hat trick four minutes later to make it 8-0.
She was again involved 15 minutes from time as she set up Talia Mead, who converted at the near post.
Cowen rounded off the dominant display by netting the final goal, receiving a through ball from Sarah Winfield.
Cowen was named player of the match after her four goals helped Thame march on in the cup.
