A Didcot schoolgirl is following in the footsteps of her mum and grandad after becoming a third generation Taekwondo champion.
Grace Miller, of Didcot Taekwondo, won double gold at the England Open Taekwondo Championships earlier this month.
Continuing the gold medal haul for Didcot were Miller’s fellow classmates Lucas Betteridge and Chris Dudman, with the former adding two bronzes.
The second day of the championships saw some first-time competitors from Didcot take to the mats, as Oscar Majczyna claimed a bronze medal, while Domino Carbonari showed great confidence and skill.
Meanwhile, brothers Joshua and Lewis Brain put in some strong displays, with the latter winning his first ever medal, a silver in the child yellow belt sparring.
Ava Gunning also won an impressive silver, while Ondrej Oprsal won a patterns bronze before battling his way to gold in the men’s sparring.
