EDDIE Pepperell finished tied for eighth as he impressed at the Omega European Masters in Switzerland.
The Frilford Heath member was out in front at the end of the opening day, alongside five other players, after finishing the round seven-under par.
Pepperell holed a brilliant eight birdies, with just the one bogey.
The second round saw Pepperell slip down the leaderboard after finishing on par with a couple of birdies and bogeys.

Pepperell hit back though during the third day with half a dozen birdies and two bogeys.
The 32-year-old rounded off the tournament three-under par as five birdies and two bogeys left him 14-under par overall at Crans-sur-Sierre.
Pepperell is back in action from Thursday at the Horizon Irish Open in County Kildare.
He has finished as high as tied for second at the Irish Open, back in 2015, while he was tied for fourth in 2019.
