Edward Landray top-scored for West Oxfordshire as held Oxfordshire Under 12s to a draw at Charlbury.
Batting first, West Oxfordshire posted 199 all out.
Josh Crossley (36) and Charlie Waite scored freely at the top of the order, then Landray scored 44.
Miles Hammond (3-10) and Matthew Hart (3-23) were the pick of the county bowlers.
In reply, Oxfordshire started in positive fashion with an opening stand of 50 between Ben Knowles (36) and Markus Jeacock.
With 15 overs left, Oxfordshire needed five an over with six wickets left, but going into the final over, they still required 11.
Jon Farrell's final over yielded seven runs for Oxfordshire, and so the sides settled for a draw.
