An excellent opening stand of 100 in 13 overs between Daniel West (45) and Michael Beard (34) helped Thame into the semi-finals of the Nationwide Under 15 Club Championship with an 81-run victory over Challow & Childrey.
Some fine hitting from Jason Abbott, Adam McBrien and Ryan Murray down the order set Thame on the way to a formidable 160-6 from their 20 overs.
In reply, superb opening spells from Beard (2-13) and William Rooney (2-10) put Challow firmly on the back foot.
Murray chipped in with an impressive 2-3 at the end of the innings as Challow closed on 79-8.
Oxford Downs edged through to the last four with a six-run victory over Shrivenham.
Downs started slowly, and at the halfway stage, had reached 27-1.
But some sensible batting, hard hitting and good running saw them to 106-2, Will Bibby (46) and Will Watts (33no) putting on 87 for the second wicket.
In reply, Shrivenham were always in the hunt, Rory Slater top-scoring with 46.
However, Guy Giles's fourth over was a double-wicket maiden, and after a run out, Shrivenham needed 15 to win off the final over, which proved too much.
Charlie Hill took impressive figures of 5-16 as Banbury saw off East Oxford by 25 runs.
East Oxford were bowled out for 98 in pursuit of Banbury's 123-3.
Sam Ryan had top-scored for Banbury with 50 not out, with Lloyd Sabin scoring 38.
Freeland booked their place in the last four with a six-run win over Horspath.
Batting first, Freeland recovered from a precarious 16-4 to post 78-9.
Horspath looked in control of the run chase until Jess Lay took 4-18 to set up a thrilling finish.
Horspath needed 13 from the last three overs, but were all out in the final over.
