Radley won their Division 2 West meeting at Tilsley Park, Abingdon, in convincing fashion on Sunday.
They finished well ahead of Bicester & Banbury and Abingdon Amblers, with a string of fine performances across the age groups.
The boys team achieved three club records.
Under 15 Edward O'Hara clocked 12.5secs in the 80m hurdles, while Joe Bibby recorded 12.0 in the 100m.
Elsewhere in the under 15 boys' category, there were personal bests for Jordan Dorrian in the 100m (12.2) and Alex Sunderland in the shot (10.07m).
The other record came from Andrew Potter, who crossed the line in 11.6 in the under 17 boys' 100m.
Philippe Essink was close behind, clocking 11.7.
In the under 13 boys' age group, Jamie Coate threw 5.95m in the shot, while Nicolas Daval cleared 1.10m in the high jump.
Christian von Eitzen recorded 4.05m in the long jump.
In the girls' section, Sarah Dutton and Becky Sunderland landed personal bests in the triple jump with leaps of 9.37m and 9.08m respectively.
Other personal bests were gained by Louise Brown, who clocked 12.4 in the 80m hurdles.
Emma O'Hara produced personal bests of 26.20 and 9.48m in the under 15 girls' discus and shot respectively.
In the under 13 age group, Lois Waknell achieved a best of 10.8 in the 75m, and also clocked an impressive 21.6 in the 150m.
Result: 1 Radley 464, 2 Bicester & Banbury 387, 3 Abingdon 261, 4 Newbury 248, 5 Chiltern 240.
