FORMER Oxford City goal machine Kabongo Tshimanga has sealed a permanent move to Sky Bet League One.
The 25-year-old striker spent the second half of last season on loan at Peterborough United, making nine substitute appearances after joining from Vanarama National League side Chesterfield.
He has now made his temporary move into a permanent one, for an undisclosed fee.

Tshimanga told the Posh club website: “The last six months for me have been really good, I am back in the league and I reflect on the first six months as a real learning curve.
“I didn’t get as much game time as I would have liked, but I learned a lot from the coaches and from the players around me.
“I am refreshed and ready, and now that the move is permanent, I feel like I am a new signing myself, so I am really looking forward to training and the games programme and to show what I can do. I feel sharp and ready to go.”
Tshimanga left the Hoops in July 2019, after bagging 36 goals in his sole season with the club.
He was offered a deal which would have seen him become City’s highest paid player ever, however he opted to join National League outfit Boreham Wood, where he spent two years before joining Chesterfield.
Tshimanga attracted interest from Football League clubs, and held talks with Oxford United, before signing for Boreham Wood.
