Thame Town crashed to a seven-wicket defeat against a well-organised and disciplined Farnham Royal at Church Meadow.
After being put in on a pitch that was drying out after overnight rain, Thame made a good start with Manoj Parmar laying a sound foundation.
Thame took lunch satisfied at 70-3 off 31 overs.
However, the session immediately after the break proved to be crucial.
Thame lost experienced duo Parmar (37) and skipper Rob Brooks to uncharacteristically poor shots, and never recovered as they slumped to 109 all out.
Naseri was the chief destroyer, taking 5-34, well supported by Kristner Santokie (4-38) and Javed Khan (3-17).
In reply, Farnham, mindful that there could be more rain, produced some aggressive strokeplay as they set about chasing victory.
With the Thame seam attack unable to settle, Javed Khan hit 55 as Farnham raced to victory off just 23.1 overs.
