Freeland lifted the county title for the first time in the ECB National Lady Taverners Under 13 competition at Kingham Hill School.
Ten teams entered the eight-a-side competition, with more than 80 girls turning out for their clubs.
The final was between Freeland and Hook Norton, who had both gone unbeaten through the group stages.
Hook Norton won the toss and chose to field.
Freeland captain Ellie Norton and Abigail Flory put on 58 for the first wicket, with Carla Wood making a quickfire 21 as Freeland posted 82-1.
In their reply, Hook Norton lost captain Rosie Lunel for two.
A 22-run stand between Laura Marshall and Juliet Gardner got Hooky back on track, but with Gardner falling for 13, they could only post 46-2.
Freeland will now go on to the South and South West Regional final on June 29 in Chippenham.
