A dazzling display of bowling and fielding by Aston Rowant A left Combe shell-shocked as they were shot out for just 23 in the Ron Maudsley Under 13 Trophy.
Luke Searl led the assault, taking 4-3, and Rowant required just 5.1 overs to pass the total.
Aston Rowant B were on the receiving end of a storming display by Buscot Park.
Rob O'Kelly hit 30 not out in Buscot's 124-5, then took 2-3 as Rowant crashed to 33 all out.
Oxford Downs recorded a comprehensive victory over reigning champions Kennington in their third-round clash.
Ben Hebbert and Henry Sensecall each made an unbeaten 32 as Downs posted 102-4 - a target which proved far beyond Kennington.
They were restricted to 54-8, with two wickets apiece for James Smith and Tom Bibby.
Thame snatched a dramatic last-ball win at Minster Lovell.
Set a target of 98-4, Minster found themselves on the same score with one ball left.
But James Adams took a vital catch off the final delivery to put Thame into the last eight.
Shrivenham continued their good form with a 25-run win at Oxford A.
Darius Laud led the way with an undefeated 31.
Oxford B were also knocked out, beaten by eight wickets by Horspath, for whom Hamza Hussain hit 32 not out.
