CHINNOR began the Nick Easter era with a thumping home win against Rosslyn Park.
The Thame-based side went 12-0 down after just eight minutes but responded with 48 unanswered points in the National League 1 clash.
Henley Hawks edged past Guernsey Raiders, winning 27-26 in National 2 East.
Oxford Quins were beaten 28-19 at home to Maidenhead in Regional 1 South Central.
In Regional 2 Tribute South Central, Witney won 53-19 at Grove.
In Counties 1 Tribute Southern North, Chinnor III beat Bletchley 24-0, Bicester won 41-10 at Gosford All Blacks, and Wallingford won 17-14 at Bracknell II.
