BRANDON Fleming is looking forward to making a potential Oxford United debut against Premier League leaders Arsenal.
The 23-year-old defender has joined the U’s on a season-long loan from Hull City.
Fleming has signed in time to play in the Emirates FA Cup third round clash at home to Arsenal on Monday night, and is eyeing up a slice of revenge against the Gunners.

The Hull-born left-sided defender was in the crowd when his hometown side let slip an early 2-0 lead, to lose the 2014 FA Cup final 3-2 in extra time.
Discussing his move to United, Fleming said: “I’ve been in talks for a week or so, I’m just happy to be here now – I’ve come to play games and be successful.
“I’m quite tenacious, I like to get forward, I would say I’ve got good delivery with my left foot.”
He added: “In the second half of last season, I felt like I was playing really well and it was a good flow of games.
“It was probably the first time at Hull where I had that amount of exposure to games, playing mostly every week.
“I really enjoyed myself but unfortunately I had a frustrating injury in pre-season, which kept me out for about 10 weeks.
“I missed that feeling of playing week in, week out, and that’s one of the reasons I’ve come here – to enjoy myself and enjoy winning games.
“Last season was probably the first time I played that left wing back role, we had a good partnership down that left side at Hull with academy lads that I’ve grown up with.
“Before that, it was mainly left back in a four and I’m comfortable with both.”
“The game itself will be a spectacle, the quality of the opposition is frightening.”

On making a possible debut against Arsenal, Fleming said: “It’s a massive fixture for the club and for me as well, to be involved in a game like that.
“They’re the games you want to be involved in and if I’m called upon at any point in the game, I’ll go and try to be aggressive.”
Discussing the 2014 FA Cup final, Fleming added: “I was there, it was heartbreaking.
“It’s probably one of the best games I’ve been to – when we went 2-0 up, it was unbelievable.
“I’m sure if you speak to any Hull fan, that’s probably the one game that they’re devastated about.”
