Oxford City's ladies had to settle for third place in their Division 1 meeting in Plymouth.
Despite 11 personal bests, City's under 15 girls were only able to gain three victories, with Emily Carstairs clearing 1.40m to land the A string high jump.
In the B string events, Jess Anstice clocked 2.40.1 in the 800m and Ellie Clarke-Jacques threw 16.59m in the discus.
There were five victories for the senior and under 17 women.
In the field, Natalie Delahunty won the triple jump with 10.86m and Danielle Anderson threw 37.46m in the javelin.
Kirsty Warland landed a double with victory in the 80m hurdles (11.8) and 300m hurdles (47.3).
Lucy Brinicombe also grabbed victory in the B string 400m hurdles (1.33.5).
