CHRIS Jenkins of Gladiators A was crowned Oxford singles champion after beating teammate Andy Beal 2-1 at Cowley Workers Club.
Playing in his first final, and with the game nicely poised at 1-1, Jenkins set in the final leg with three, which Beal matched.
In the three-sticks shoot-out, Jenkins clanged off all three, but Beal fell short with his second stick.
In the Ted Houghton singles, Wally Harwood from Bletchingdon Sports Club beat Paul Edwards, of The Red Lion, Kidlington.
The Oxford Pairs was won by Roger Goodall and Rob Bradford, from The Black Prince, who defeated Jeff Glenister and Mark Rollins, of North Leigh FC. The Black Prince also picked up the Stuart & Sons Cup.

Littlemore Rugby Club beat Six Bells ‘C’ Kidlington to claim their first Jim Whitbread Cup.
Gladiators A beat North Leigh FC in the Monty Greenaway Fours, while the Oxford Fours was won by Bletchingdon Sports Club, who beat The Blackbird ‘A’ 2-0.
Ashley and Kevin Stuart, from The George, successfully defended the Parent & Child Cup, defeating Steve and Terry Buckle, of Blackbird ‘A’, 2-0.
The Stuarts won the opening leg 4-1, and in a three-stick shoot-out, the Blackbird pair could only set one.
