It's double derby time tomorrow with Oxford hosting Banbury in Division 1 and Kidlington visiting Thame Town in Division 2 West.
Defending champions Oxford enter their clash at Roman Way as league leaders having won their opening two matches.
They make one change with seamer Philip Evans replacing all-rounder Stewart Laudat, who is unavailable.
Oxford captain Jason Harrison said: "As a sportsman, you want to play in the big games, and this is one. We are really looking forward to it.
"There will be a lot of people who know each other well."
Banbury name an unchanged side and skipper Benji Hector is in bullish mood.
"It will be one of the bigger games of the season. It's one where we will put a lot of emphasis on getting a result.
"Oxford won the league last year and are top of the table, so I think we have nothing to lose.
"We were in good positions against them last year before the weather intervened.
"We also beat them in the Oxfordshire Cup final last year, which gives us an advantage.
"We just need to make sure we are ready for it."
Harrison responded: "We are not particularly interested in what Banbury are doing.
"We are looking to develop our own club. We are nowhere near reaching our potential."
Thame are just one place above basement boys Kidlington after disappointing starts to the campaign.
Captain Rob Brooks has brought in Ed Barnett for his first game this summer in place of Richard Carr.
Brookes said: "We want to put a complete performance together.
"We were a bit unlucky last week where winning the toss was crucial, but we've strengthened the side."
Kidlington add 16-year-old seamer Aquib Lakab to their squad as they look to build on Sunday's Cockspur Cup victory at Reading.
Skipper Shahbaz Ali said: "Hopefully, we can get the 25 points. We want to get a start in the league and the boys are buzzing after Sunday.
"We had three losses in friendlies and two in the league, so to win was a big boost."
