Oxfordshire players Eddie Pepperell, Sean Elliott and Adam Wootton couldn't build on excellent qualifying displays in the Brabazon Trophy at Trevose.
Pepperell (Drayton Park) and Elliott (Frilford Heath) both topped the rankings to reach the main draw of the leading amateur event.
Elliott carded a superb eight-under-par 64 on day two, while Pepperell shot a 66 on day one.
Wootton (Southfield) came tenth on day one with a 69.
Bad weather meant Saturday's second round was cancelled, so the cut was made following Friday's scores.
Unfortunately none of the trio carded 71 or better to reach the final 36 holes on Sunday.
This weekend, Pepperell will represent the the English Golf Union EGU in the Thunderbird International at Grayhawk in Scottsdale, Arizona alongside Matt Haines.
- Tilly Holder (Magnolia Park) came through qualifying to reach the last 32 of the English Women's Close Amateur Championship at Ganton, Yorkshire.
Holder could go no further, however, losing 5 & 4 to Curtis Cup player Liz Bennett (Brokenhurst Manor).
