The OCA league could be "even better" if matches were to start at 11am not 2pm.
That is the view of Deddington player Andy Stiff, who has written to the league with his idea.
He believes the change would enable to more people to play and promote a more sociable atmosphere.
Stiff said: "I have lost count of the number of times players have been unavailable because of dinner parties and the like or we have had to pick someone on the proviso they are away by a given time."
The league's divisional secretary Mike Belcher said: "It will be considered at the next OCA meeting.
"But the chances of it going ahead would be very, very low because a lot of people work on a Saturday morning.
"Ultimately, it will be up to the clubs to decide."
