Pat Bryan fell just short of a century as Letcombe booked their place in the second round of the Airey Cup with a 67-run victory over Watlington.
Letcombe rattled up 228-6, with Bryan making 95 before Robin Wood took 5-42 as Watlington were bowled out for 161.
Marsh Gibbon saw off East & West Hendred by 15 runs.
After posting Marsh Gibbon posted 206-8, Matt Mead took 4-39 as Hendred fell to 191 all out.
Shrivenham eased to a 102-run victory at Marcham.
Mark Whale (74) and Steve Bowles (59) helped Shrivenham to 247-5.
Matt Launchbury hit 67 in Marcham's reply of 145.
Minster Lovell went through with a 27-run win at Kings Sutton.
Billy Carter scored 50 in Minster's 150 all out, before Matt Green took 4-26 as the hosts were bowled out for 123.
In the Telegraph Cup, David Gwynn took 5-15 to help Oxenford to a five-wicket victory at Clifton Hampden.
Elsewhere, last year's finalists, Stonesfield, fell to an eight-wicket defeat at Broughton & North Newington.
Chasing 209 for victory, Broughton eased home thanks to 84 from Jason Tilcock and 66 not out from Andy Cross.
