Aston Rowant knocked last year's national semi-finalists and county winnners Oxford Downs out of the npower Village Cup.
Rowant will host two-time former national champions Shipton-under-Wychwood, who beat Peppard, in round three.
Last season's Oxon runners-up Horspath pipped Hanborough by five runs.
Phil Chanel top-scored with 51 and Robbie Eason made 45 in Horspath's 192-9, which came despite Tim Adair taking 5-36 for Hanborough.
Matt Busby (45) and Steve Wood (40) gave Hanborough hope of an upset, but Adrian Manger (3-34) and Dave Heritage (3-36) saw Horspath to victory.
Cumnor eased into round three after defeating Warborough and Shillingford by five wickets.
Warborough collapsed from 95-3 after 20 overs to 137 all out with Dan Gaunt, Steve Slade, Ayaz Khan, Thompson and Clive Ricks each picking up two wickets.
Gaunt then made a controlled 73 as Cumnor cruised home.
- Rob Grant smashed an incredible 17 sixes in Swinbrook's friendly victory over Minster Lovell - with one bowler receiving particular punishment.
Grant racked up 150, which included five successive sixes off the unfortunate Eddie Dunn in Swinbrook's 96-run win.
Spinner Dunn was thankful he opened his only over with a dot ball before Grant ran amok.
