Bicester took the lead with a Stuart John penalty after centre Chris Nash broke down the middle.
Wing Chris Austin went close before man-of-the-match Dave Brind ploughed over in the corner.
Nash stopped Chinnor flanker Paul Fincken scoring a certain try just after the break before Dave Wells's penalty made it 8-3.
Bicester full back Adam Wade kicked a penalty on the hour mark, but sustained Chinnor pressure saw Wells land a second three-pointer.
Late on, centre Martin Linstrom sent wing Justin Hitchcock over for Bicester's second try.
