Burnham 1 (Owens 6)
Didcot Tn 2 (Witt pen 57, Odhiambo 60)
Didcot Town secured a home Division 1 South & West play-off tie against Oxford City with a relatively comfortable win at Burnham.
Manager Stuart Peace rested Andy Parrott and put several regulars including keeper Michael Watkins, Richard Peirson and Jack King on the bench.
After six minutes it looked like Peace might have been regretting his changes when Burnham went a goal up.
Paul Powell was adjudged to have handled the ball on the edge of his own box, and Chris Owens struck the free-kick low beyond the dive of keeper Jamie Thomas.
Powell then missed when it looked easier to score, before heading Matt Bicknell's cross over from six yards.
Anaclet Odhiambo sliced horribly wide from ten yards and then miscontrolled the ball when he was clean through with only keeper Aneke Emeke to beat.
Liam Hope then brought a decent save from Emeke on the stroke of half-time.
The second half continued in the same fashion with Richard Witt having a shot deflected narrowly over before Odhiambo heading a good opportunity wide.
The Railwaymen's pressure told and two goals in the space of three minutes turned the match on its head.
Lee Canavan was harshly penalised for handball in the box, and Witt beat Emeke with the spot-kick.
Within three minutes, Didcot were ahead, Odhiambo hammering a right-foot shot after Powell had nodded the ball into the box.
Didcot looked fairly comfortable with Burnham's main threat coming from Leon Yarnie. His pace caused one or two problems but still the greater threat was posed by Didcot at the other end.
Hope then fired a volley just over and Josh Mulvany thumped a post with a right-foot shot.
Didcot Tn: Thomas, Heapy, Bicknell, Williams (Peirson 30), Davis, Mulvany, Witt, Hope, Odhiambo (Rusher 67), Vine, Powell (King 61).
