Oxford Ladies host Midlands 1 leaders Lichfield 2nd in their final match on Sunday (3) needing a victory to guarantee second place.
But they fear such a successful season may be their last with a number of players set to leave in the summer.
Oxford lie second after winning nine and drawing one of their 13 games this season.
Captain Madeline Penny said: "I am so proud of what we have managed to achieve this year, we are running at an all-time high.
"But sadly, this may be the ladies' final triumph, as a number of players will move on this year and the club may not have the numbers to field a team next season.
"For all this to end next year would be heartbreaking.
"The future of the team is really dependent on getting new people through the door.
"So we're throwing open an invite to anyone from novice to professional - come and play!".
