Abingdon madea nightmare start, conceding a goal after only three minutes into their British Gas Business Southern League Division 1 encounter.
The visitors' allowed Marlow's Jermaine Roche to run on to a through ball and net inside the far post.
With lone striker Luke Holden tightly marshalled, it took Abingdon 27 minutes to register any attempt on the home goal.
Roche scored again after 31 minutes.
He raced past a static defence and touched in an angled pass, the ball going in off goalkeeper Lee Farrow's legs.
Abingdon were caught napping again just before half-time. They failed to deal with a high ball into the area and it came out to Paul Coyne, who lobbed over a stranded Farrow After the break, Abingdon pushed men up to link with Holden, while subsitute Ryan Brooks's pace began pay dividends.
Holden beat the offside trap and went one-on-one with the keeper. His shot was blocked and as he tried to steer the loose ball home, it was scooped away by a defender with two colleagues screaming for the ball.
Another substitute, Daniel Meade, pulled a goal back afterr 77 minutes. Micheas Herbert headed the ball on, and Meade sprinted around his man and put away an angled shot.
Marlow substitute Chris Cahill saw a shot saved by Farrow late on.
