Letcombe kept themseves in contention for runners-up spot in Division 1 West with a notable success away to second-placed Old Woodstock.
In one of their best displays of the season, Letcombe took the lead midway through the first half.
Home keeper Alan Foster turned Adam Pendell's shot over the bar, but from the resulting corner Paul Roberts crept in at the far post to head home.
In the second half, Neil Tattersall crashed a long-range effort against the post for Woodstock.
Letcombe increased their lead when Lyle Gifford was hauled back as he was about to shoot, and Richard Claydon made no mistake from the resulting penalty.
Old Woodstock pulled a goal back through Chris Fowler, but there was barely time to restart before Letcombe were celebrating.
Clanfield 4 (McKeon 34, Knight 68, Barker 75, 88 )

Clanfield followed up their midweek success over then leaders Old Woodstock Town with a four-goal thrashing of Wootton Bassett at a windy Radstock Road.
Despite missing Chris Hunt (broken arm) and Steve Olphert (broken ankle), Clanfield made it three wins in a row for the first time in five years.
They took a half-time lead when Tim Jenkins's free kick was headed towards goal by Dean Barker. After a fine save from Wootton keeper Sean Purcell, the ball fell to Sean McKeon who scored.
Clanfield made it 2-0 when Eddie Everett and Dean Barker set up Steve Knight who drilled the ball home.
Barker made it 3-0 after 75 minutes, and the floodgates were now open.
A brilliant cross from the right by right Steve Knight was headed in by Barker for his 27th of the season.
