Reading raider Jacksheaboy became the latest in a long line of record-breakers at Oxford Stadium when he smashed the 250-metre mark in great style in the Foaides Choice Stakes on Tuesday.
The black dog had five-and-a-half lengths to spare over the Nick Colton-trained Gixser to post 14.71, five spots quicker than the time set by John Mullins' Blonde Chico in June last year.

Oxford finally came good in the Rathduff Spring Stakes as Paddy Curtin's Endless Cliche, having her first run over the trip, took full advantage of a first bend melee to run away with the race seeing off the slow starting even money favourite Greenacre Ben by five and a half lengths.
