Paul Evans defeated Thame teammate Tom Fletcher to win the Oxford & District League's Turner Cup.
Evans received the trophy from his dad John as they became only the second father and son to win the cup - after Jimmy and Nicky Holden in 1979/80 and 1980/1.
Fletcher opened with a 21-break on his first visit, but watched from the side after that as Evans was in a class of his own.
Evans won 100-47, 150-78, 200-91 and 250-104, thanks to breaks of 21, 21, 27 and 45 with both players playing traditional 'in-off' shots.
The semi-finals of the Stephen Reiss Cup saw holders Riley defeat Oracle 4-1, and newcomers New Club beat Eynsham also 4-1 at Colwey Conservative Club.
Gary Bough (+70) led Riley to victory when he convincingly beat Richard Connerty (+50) 150-116, giving Riley an extra two points for an aggregate win of 404-390.
