Seventeen years after her unexpected singles win at the national championships, Julie Bradbury landed the National Veterans' Over 40 mixed doubles title.
Bradbury (pictured right), now a married mother of two from Steventon, teamed up with former playing partner, Nick Ponting, from Gloucestershire, and romped past their rivals, dropping just 20 points in the final.
Eight winners have been declared in the Oxford and District League, with pride of place going to Headington.
Their A teams have commanded Division 1 in all three doubles leagues, while Headington B took Mixed Division 3.
Evenlode A are champions of Men's Division 2 while Oxford B finished 20 points clear at the top of Division 4.
Abingdon earned Mixed Division 2 honours, 30 clear of Windrush B and Berinsfield topped Division 4.
In the Wallingford and District Leagues, Wantage, already declared as Mixed Diviison 1 champions, toppled Evenlode 6-3 to post an unbeaten 12 wins during the season.
The league's players cups to the most successful male and female player, went to Wantage's top pairing, James Barclay and Wendy Jones
