Dan Smith hit the extra-time winner as Two Rivers fought back from 4-0 down to beat Eynsham SSC 5-4.
Strikes from John Ayres (2), Dan Brookes and Matt Walker put Eynsham firmly in control, only for Rivers to dramatically level through Phil Mills (2), Tom Radburn and Smith.
The latter then sealed victory with his second in extra time.
In the league, Jez Morgan bagged a brace as Brize Norton moved another step closer to winning the Premier Division title with a comfortable 3-0 win over Charlbury Town.
Dan King scored the other to keep Brize three points clear at the top.
Freeland got back to winning ways with a 5-1 win against Ducklington, to keep their hopes of retaining the title.
Simon Hole, Darren McNamara, Tom Mason, Joe Crocker and Dave Tarr were the marksmen for Freeland.
At the other end of the table, North Leigh eased to a 3-1 victory against Spartan Rangers.
Jason Lonsdale, Kevin Trethowan and Brian Lewis were on the mark, Paul Saunders replying.
West Witney are facing life in Division 1 after a 3-1 defeat against Cassington.
Needing to win to have any hopes of survival, a Dave Cooper brace and a Greg Finnemore put paid to their chances. John Smith was Witney's scorer.

Matt Hutton hammered a hat-trick as FC Chequers Res moved into fourth place in Division 4 with a 6-1 thrashing of Milton Res.
Adam Claridge and Dale Cox were among the other scorers. Ben Davies had equalised for Milton.
