Lee Farrow's second-half penalty save earned Abingdon United a point in Division 1 South & West.
The visitors went ahead when a corner was drilled into the area and the ball hit Holden's arm.
Bracknell captain Neil Baker sent Farrow the wrong way from the spot.
Abingdon were denied a penalty after an identical incident moments later in the Bracknell box.
The equaliser arrived when Sam Deering fed Holden, who slotted past the advancing keeper.
Bracknell were awarded another spot-kick, but this time Farrow saved Baker's effort.
