Chinnor are in great shape as they approach their final push in South West 1, according to coach Jason Bowers.
The leaders, who will secure the title by winning their final three games, host third-placed Weston-Super-Mare tomorrow (2.30) with a strong squad and without any real injury worries.
Bowers said: "The Easter break, and not playing for two weeks, has really helped us get the players ready.
"We are now pretty much picking from a full squad, which is exactly where we wanted to be.
"With the second team playing well at almost the same level and putting in some brilliant performances, we've probably got about 35 players we could pick on a Saturday."
With Ben Hewitt having left for Australia, Bowers has to decide who will replace him at full back, with Phil Huxford the most likely bet.
Alan Cawston continues at hooker after some impressive recent form.
It is three from Andrew McGuire, Zane Winslade, Adam Hastings and Ed Rixon in the back row.
Bowers said: "He has the shirt now, but Paddy Stennings is training well and playing well for the seconds.
"In the backs, we have players like Jaike Carter, who could still get back in. It all bodes well."
Full back Huw Jones misses Oxford Harlequins' visit to Old Patesians as he is on a school trip to Turkey.
His spot could be filled by either Pete Davies or Andy Noyce, while Simon Chadbone is pushing for inclusion in the front row.
Quins drew 24-24 with Patesians in their first game of the season, while a win tomorrow will confirm their survival, which is almost guaranteed anyway.
There is also the added incentive of playing for a place in next Saturday's Oxfordshire Cup final team.
