Paul Day opened the scoring when he turned Luke Horsell's cross past Thame keeper Mike Higgs in the 15th minute.
Wantage had to wait until three minutes into the second half to double their lead, Keen exchanging passes with Matty Horsell, before beating Higgs.
Keen netted again in the 67th minute, reacting first to flick home Ellis Langford's knock-back.
New signing Chris Copp capped an impressive debut with a low cross for substitute Nathan Hall to notch No 4 in the 83rd minute.
Dave Hocking pulled a goal back for Thame two minutes from time, shooting past Luke Alford.
