Substitute Mike Canning bagged a brace as Childrey United booked their place in the North Berks League War Memorial Cup final with a 3-0 victory against Uffington United.
After a goalless first half, Cannings notched his double.
Six minutes from time, Childrey sealed victory when Uffington defender Paul Nelson put through his own net.
They will face Crowmarsh Gifford in the final at Wantage Town on Friday, April 25 after they beat Grove Rangers 2-0.
Jamie Ham and Liam Currell were on target.
In the league, Harwell Village beat Drayton 3-1 in Division 1, with goals from Matty Aplin, Matt Hinchliffe and Ian Rose. Danny Curran scored for Drayton.
Andy Cooper, Tom Weeks and Chris Roche were on target as Ardington & Lockinge edged to a 3-2 success against relegation-hauntedColeshill United. Adam Legg and Shane Blake replied.
Leaders Lambourn Sports won 2-0 at Faringdon Town, with goals from Robbie Clark and Adrian Mooney.
A 20-yard strike from Tommy Cooke earned Wootton & Dry Sandford a 1-0 win over Harwell International.
Steventon eased their worries with a 3-1 over Marcham, with Danny and Ben Parry and Danny McArdle on target. Luke Westall replied.
Promotion rivals Didcot Casuals knocked Ardington & Lockinge Res off the top of Division 3 with a 3-1 victory.
Gareth Cole, Richard Knight and Jake Chaffey netted for Didcot, with Matt Searis hitting back for Ardington.
Warborough & Shillingford are the new leaders following a 2-1 home win against Benson Lions.
Gary Rudman and Darryl Hutt found the net for Warborough.
Chris Potter hit a four-timer as Botley United boosted their title hopes with a 7-1 against Stanford-in-the-Vale, despite only having ten players due to illness.

Grove Rangers Res saw off Blewbury Res 5-3 to lift their hopes of escaping the drop, with Marc Reid (2), Steve Weaven, Dean Worthington and Danny Weeks were on target.
Matthew Leach smashed a hat-trick as Division 5 leaders Benson AFC fought back to beat Faringdon Town A 5-3.
Leach fired Benson ahead, only for Jason Berry and James Tyler to give Faringdon a 2-1 lead.
After the break, substitute Martyn Newbold equalised, before Leech completed his treble.
Will Clements wrapped it up before Faringdon hit a third through Matthew Curtis.
Coleshill United A moved back above Faringdon with a 6-3 win over Grove Rangers A.
Chris Bill (2), Neil Crosby, Adam Sly, James Head and an own goal made up Coleshill's tally, while James Preston, Alan Walker and Chris Simmonds hit back for Grove.
Uffington United Res edged to a 3-2 home win against Challow Res with goals from Ian Moore, Alan Lee and Omar Khamkhami.
