James Watkins scored a second-half brace as Enstone saw off Horspath 3-1 in the Premier Division.
Before the game, Enstone were presented with a floral tribute in memory of Enstone player Ryan Bott, who died in a road accident earlier this month.
After a minute's silence, a Dave Stevens own goal gave Enstone the lead, before Paul Flack levelled from the penalty spot after Paul Allen handled.
Watkins's double then put Enstone in charge.
Rover Cowley got their title bid back on track with a 2-0 win against Watlington.
After a goalless first half, Matty Hambridge deflected home Terry Stockford's effort, before Shane Mitchell sealed victory with their second.
Steve Mulcock netted a double as Worcester & Bletchingdon fought back to beat Oxford University Press 4-1.
Worcester's Jay Brown headed into his own net, before Jimmy Gray equalised. Mulcock then scored twice with substitute Nick East bagging No 4.
Chadlington stretched their unbeaten run to seven matches with a 4-1 victory against Eynsham.
Own goals from Tom Jerrerd and keeper Paul Woolford gave Chadlington a 2-0 lead.
Although Matty Phillips clawed one back, a Lee Keyes's double, the first a penalty, sealed victory.

Murray Nicholls slotted the equaliser from the penalty spot as Fritwell drew 2-2 at ten-man Kidlington Old Boys.
Ryan Bush fired Fritwell ahead, only for Jonny Richards and Duncan Lowen to put Old Boys in front.
They were reduced to ten men when keeper Ollie Palmer was sent off for retaliation, with Nicholls slotting home the resulting spot-kick.
In Division 2, Kieran Johnson hit a brace as Marston Saints Res won 5-4 at Charlton United Res.
Jon James, Stuart Wise and an own goal completed their tally, with Mark James (2), Kevin James and Jamie Clack on target for Charlton.
Goals from Will Rum and Raul Roustand earned OUP Res a 2-0 win at Yarnton Res.
Horspath Res had two men sent off, but still managed to beat Stonesfield Res 2-0.
Simon Evans gave Horspath, only for Dan Normington to be sent off for two yellow cards, before his teammate Simon Cullen was dismissed for two bookings after the break. That made no difference with substitute Ben Strong sealing it.
