Arthur Coakley (+90) rattled in the highest break of the Division 2 season as leaders CCC A ended their campaign in the Oxford & District League with a 2-1 win against Oracle.
He compiled his 51 break when he beat Richard Connerty (+50) 150-90. Dick Hashman (-10) then saw off Gordon Cook (+90) 200-186, with a 28 break.
However, the final game went to Oracle when Ted Milsom (+60) held off Keith Pearce (+60) 150-114.
The title has yet to be decided, with second-placed Riley still having games in hand.
In Division 1, Oracle hold a two-point advantage over New Club, with both sides having a game to play.
Division 1's Fieldside beat Division 2 outfit CCC B to end the latter's title hopes.
The semi-finals of the Arthur Cook Cup will be held next Thursday, March 20 at the Eynsham Social Club at 7.15pm.
