Karl Walker beat Rob Franklin in two frames, while Mick Bennett accounted for Rob Holt and Paul Robinson for Wayne Reddy.
They now meet Riley D, who saw off New Club A 4-0, to set up a repeat of their Jubilee Cup final clash.
Andy McBryan (2), Chris and James Stone won for Riley.
