Windrush H clinched the runner-up spot in Division 1 of Oxfordshire's premier team competition, the Five Disciplines League, with a 247-161 defeat of nearest rivals Evenlode.
The Witney-based club completed the season with 1409 points, just six adrift of winners Radley and Oxford.
Forced by illness and unavailability to field normal reserves, Windrush relied upon the capable Nicola Patrick who remained unbeaten in her full three disciplines. Terry Kirk, Neil Rowland and Alison Campbell completed the line-up.
Gosford Hill B ended their relegation worries by overcoming Abingdon B in a high-scoring encounter. North Abingdon and Park are relegated.

Henry Mo and Jonny Killingbeck led Leys A with three wins in their derby clash against Windrush B in Mixed Division 2 of the Oxford and District League. But Windrush emerged 5-4 winners.
In Division 3, Headington B relied upon a team effort as they secured a 6-3 success over Leys B.
Nicola Patrick and Alison Campbell were in top form as Windrush A upended Wantage 4-2 in Women's Division 1.

It is tight at the top of Division 1 of the Wallingford Three Disciplines League.
Headington A and Evenlode A both have 6-2 records, the former having scored a single point more with an aggregate of 2210.
Abingdon A are the only unbeaten team in Division 2 and in the entire league itself but have completed only five of ten matchs to date. Wantage lead with three losses.
Oxfordshire Over 40s completed their West Midlands Inter-County programme with a 10-2 loss to champions Cheshire at Chester.
The pairings of Paul Casey & Ian Lewington and Nicola Casey & Jackie Yeulet won one doubles each. Oxon took one of their five matches.
