Jade Pitts bundled home a late winner as Carterton twice came from behind to beat Benson 3-2 in the Under 13 A League.
Against the run of play Abi Lanning gave Benson an unlikely half-time lead.
Hayley Wrightson equalised, only for Eleanor Day to restore Benson's advantage.
A shot from Chloe Billins was deflected home to again level, before, with seconds remaining, a Billins corner was scrambled home by Pitts.
Kidlington kept up the pressure at the top of the A League after beating Wychwood 7-2.
Mary Maguire fired them in front, before Laura Trafford netted twice to put Kidlington 3-0 ahead at half-time.
Grace McInerny (2) and two own goals completed their tally, with Abi Currie scoring twice in reply for Wychwood.
In the B League, a goal in each half from Roberta Dix gave Tower Hill Vixens Blue a 2-0 win at Ducklington.
Under 15
Anna Parker scored twice as Oxford Irish saw off Cholsey Bluebirds 4-2.
Sorcha Murphy and Bonnita Bryan put Irish 2-0 ahead at the break.
And although Barbara Soria scored twice for Cholsey, Parker's double proved crucial as Irish claimed the points.
Under 12
Mollie Avery scored twice as Chinnor beat Didcot Casuals 4-1 in the League Cup.
Danni Stevens fired Didcot into the lead early on, before Chinnor hit three goals in quick succession through Avery (2) and Shannon Pierce.
Tamara Powell wrapped up proceedings with goal No 4 direct from a corner.
Under 11
Sophie Tatford hit the winning goal five minutes from time as St Edmunds beat Ducklington 1-0.
Having started the game in defence, St Edmunds moved Tatford into attack for the final few minutes, and the move immediately paid off as she fired home from close range.
Charlotte Bryant and Hannah Blakeway were on target as Chinnor beat Summertown Stars 2-0.
Bryant opened the scoring in tenth minute, before Blakeway doubled the lead five minutes later.
Carterton saw off Tower Hill Vixens 3-0.
They went in front through Aimee Black in the first half, before doubling the lead through Hollie Merriman.
Georgina Graham wrapped up the scoring with an unstoppable third goal.
Under 10
Gemma O'Donovan scored the only goal of the game as Didcot Casuals edged to a 1-0 win over Marston Saints Angels.
The strike came from a breakaway that Didcot's leading scorer slotted home from close range.
