Witney produced some stunning rugby to ease to a 30-8 victory over Wadebridge in the National Under 17 Cup.

Their victory at Millfield School, Somerset, means they are now in the last 16.

Steve Miller's late penalty earned Bicester a dramatic 20-17 victory over Reading in the OBB Colts League play-off.

  • Three Oxfordshire clubs will be included in a charity walk in memory of a father and son who died in last summer's floods.

Tewkesbury RFC members Bram Lane and his son Chris died while pumping out the clubhouse.

The walk in their memory leaves Gloucester's Kingsholm ground on April 29 and arrives at Adams Park, High Wycombe where Wasps play on May 4.

Walkers will stop at Chipping Norton on May 1, Bicester on May 2 and Chinnor on May 3.

The Lane family have nominated the Salvation Army and Breast Cancer Care as the charities to support.
