Billie Meadowcroft (pictured), of Headington Roadrunners, was taking part in her 25th consecutive Oxford Mail Cross Country League race at Horspath.
And it was quite an achievement, as she is still an under 11 athlete!
Billie ran her first mini-minors race five years ago when just six, and 25 meetings later, has represented Headington in her final race at this age group.
She clocked 4mins 34secs to finish sixth in the under 11 girls' race, securing a creditable fifth place in the league's final standings.
Next season - the youngster will take the step up to under 13 level - and will look to carry on her remarkable run over a longer distance.
