Broughton & North Newington saw off Drayton Village 2-0 to bag three much-needed Banbury District & Lord Jersey FA Premier Division points.

Deddington reduced the arrears when a deflected effort lobbed over Slade keeper Mark Jenkins and they made it 2-2 early in the second half.

Adam Philip looked to have sealed the points for Slade, before a late own goal saw Deddington equalise.

Heyford Athletic Res pipped local rivals Heyford United Res 2-1.

The first goal did not arrive until the 44th minute when Chris Mason gave Athletic the lead.

United equalised thanks to an own goal from Atheltic's keeper Kevin Hicks, and Adam Gunn snatched the winner with a quick free-kick.
