OXFORD City and Banbury United have discovered their first opponents in this season’s Emirates FA Cup.

Ross Jenkins’ side will travel to Pitching In Southern League Premier South outfit Salisbury in the second qualifying round.

Meanwhile, Andy Whing’s Banbury are on the road at Premier Central club Stratford Town.

Elsewhere, North Leigh will entertain Oxfordshire counterparts Didcot Town if both sides come through tomorrow night’s first qualifying round replays.

The Millers go to AFC Stoneham following Saturday’s 2-2 draw at Eynsham Park, while the Railwaymen travel to Plymouth Parkway after Sam Barder’s last-gasp equaliser at the weekend.

The ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday, September 17.

Banbury have progressed to the first round proper in the last two seasons, after going nearly 50 years without reaching that stage.

City also have an impressive recent record in the Cup.

The Vanarama National League South club made it to the second round in 2017 and 2020, either side of runs to the first round in 2018 and 2019.
