Ian Hawtin made 32 as Banbury reached 103 in their ten overs.
Luke Ryan took charge, claiming 3-18 to restrict Cropredy to 76-5 in reply.
Charlbury stayed second behind Banbury after thrashing Hinton by 43 runs.
Craig McCallum (34) and Rob Garrett (27no) led the way in Charlbury's 121-4.
Steve Smith (52no) smashed the night's highest score to help Sandford defeat Preston Capes by 28 runs.
Banbury A pipped Great Tew with two balls to spare.
