Chinnor welcome back five players for their trip to relegation-threatened Coney Hill in South West 1.
Prop Tom Whelan, scrum half Owen Gustafson, fly half James Cathcart, plus centres Richard Williams and Trevor Powell are all back in the squad.
This leaves coach Jason Bowers selecting from strength as Chinnor bid to keep pace with rivals Bracknell, who host Maidenhead.
Bowers said: "We are off to deepest, darkest Gloucestershire.
"It's not the nicest place to go I don't think, but we are looking forward to it.
"We need to keep the winning momentum going and score a few points if possible."
Fly half Frank Jones is unavailable as Oxford Harlequins visit Redingensians (3pm), so Andy Noyce is set to move inside from the wing.
Full back Huw Jones is away at a stag party, but Pete Davies returns.
New signing Peter Robinson, a wing/centre, who used to play for Rosslyn Park, could make his debut.
No 8 Anthony Jackson is also back as Quins target a vital victory to stay clear of the drop zone.
They lost narrowly to Redingensians earlier in the season after failing to convert pressure into points.
Henley Hawks should be largely unchanged for their trip to National 2 promotion challengers Manchester.
Coach Jason Forster is not yet ready to play, but there is again no place for Nathan Lambden, son of former director of rugby Jon.
Forster said: "We need to improve our decision making at crucial times.
"We have the talent and can make the most of this if the players play with pride in the Henley shirt.
"After such a disappointing season they owe it to the club."
Jimi Collis returns at No 8 for Witney's home clash with improving Slough in Southern Counties North.
James Lamb and Joe Collins get the nod in the centres as do Henry Lamb and Lewis Collins on the wings.
Bicester will be without forwards Tony Shaw (suspended), James Davies and Rob Thurlow (both unavailable) when they host Farnham Royal in the BB&O Premier Division.
Jonathan Barnes, Dan Kimber and Anthony Nightingale, who is back from suspension, come in.
