Oxfordshire completed the double over Sussex in their penultimate Division 1C Inter-County match at Radley College.
However, despite picking up a bonus point, Oxon are still not safe from relegation.
Amanda King won her singles and two doubles, Julie Bradbury two doubles and a mixed, Chris Raw his singles and mixed as Oxon won 11-4 to follow up their previous 9-6 success.
Although it seemed a healthy scoreline, six of the matches required a third end.
Raw won his singles 24-22 in the decider, two women's doubles were garnered 22-20 and 21-18 in the decider.
Oxfordshire 2nd also won 11-4 against Shropshire in their Division 3B match at Bartholomew School, Eynsham.
Phil Sayer and Becky Foster each won their singles, while the welcome return of Martin Graham, out for 18 months after a cruciate ligament operation, meant he and Paul Casey anchored the men's line-up.
With all four women's doubles also won, Foster remained unbeaten in her four matches.
This result reversed a 9-6 loss in November, but Oxon 2nd are still not safe from relegation A hefty away win against Gloucestershire 2nd on March 16 should see them safe.
Oxfordshire 3rd completed their Division 5C season with a welcome first win - by a surprise 11-4 margin over Essex 3rd.
They took a 3-1 singles lead thanks to Pete Browning, Helen Ashdown and Lauren Cooper.
With much huffing and puffing and third game deciders, the men took their four doubles, and two women's and two mixed wins completed a great day.
Unbeaten were Browning, James Mignanelli and Will Green.
Henry Mo and Jenny Killingbeck were in tip-top form as Leys took the odd rubber in nine from Wantage in Division 2 of the Oxford and District Mixed League.
