Radley's Lyn Ahmet struck triple gold and a brace of silver medals at the British Masters Indoor Championships at the Lee Valley Centre, London.
Ahmet (pictured) won silver in the 60m hurdles, clocking 12.69secs, and the 60m (10.08), before capping off the first day with a leap of 3.69m to win gold in the long jump.
On day two, she won the 200m in 34.76, before taking the triple jump with a leap of 7.55m.
Woodstock Harriers' Roger Bradley won the vet 40 800m B final in 2mins 8.27secs.
OTHER RESULTS Vet 45 - 60mH: 4 C Batts (Witney) 11.72. Long jump: C Batts 5.32.
