AFC Wallingford 2 (Lamont 34, 43)
Pegasus Jun 3 (Laurie 6, 51, Hyde 74)
Walingford goalkeeper John Shea was taken to hospital after being knocked unconscious in a goalmouth collision, as the bottom club fell to another narrow defeat.
Five minutes before half-time, Shea, who was celebrating his birthday, clashed heads with a Pegasus player and landed awkwardly and appeared to be having a fit.
The game was suspended for 45 minutes while he received treatment on the pitch.
After regaining consciousness he was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital, where he recovered well. His only treatment was for a dislocated finger!
The score at the time was 1-1, Rob Laurie having opened the scoring for the visitors before young Wallingford midfielder Pete Lamont equalised.
Immediately after the long break, Lamont nodded Wallingford in front In the second half, Laurie headed the ball brilliantly past the despairing fingertips of stand-in keeper Dinarte De Sousa to equalise.
Midway through the half, Cory Hyde netted the winner with a powerful drive.
