A comfortable 4-1 win on Tuesday has kept the Esporta Oxford's team in with a slim chance of still making the National Premier League play-offs.
With Birmingham slipping up against Redditch, Oxford's convincing 4-1 (19-4) victory has at least given them hope.
Scott Handley and Rob Sutherland put Oxford 2-0 up with straight-sets wins.
Although Kristen Johnson then lost 3-2, further victories from Thomas Phipps and Madeline Perry ensured a comfortable victory.
