Rob Davis hit the winner for Middle Barton as they finally got off the mark with a 3-2 victory against fellow-strugglers Long Crendon in Division 1.
Barton, who had lost their previous 17 games, went behind through an own goal.
Although Nick Pickup equalised, Barney Gordon restored Crendon's lead.
After the break, Davis levelled before he doubled his tally with the winner.
Fritwell eased to a 3-1 success against Wheatley, thanks to a double from Luke James. Ricky Auger's header sealed it.
Steve Cibaly notched the winner as Middleton Cheney came back to beat Marston Saints 2-1.
Jason Hallett gave Marston the lead, before Scott Finch levelled.
After the break, Cibaly found the net.
Charlton defeated North Oxford 2-1, with goals from Matt Cave and Chris Staker.

Chris Forde scored the winner as Chadlington defeated Enstone 1-0.

Kion Sadie was the hero for Eynsham as he scored the decisive goal in their 2-1 success against strugglers Adderbury.
Andy Glossop went close, before James Reeves fired Eynsham ahead.

A great display from goalkeeper Chris Days helped Stonesfield draw 0-0 with Rover Cowley.
Days denied Drew Fowler before the break and in the second half, kept out Stephen Walsh after he broke through on goal.
Stuart Wells netted the equaliser as Worcester & Bletchingdon battled back for a 1-1 draw at home to Oxford University Press.
Fernando Claro gave OUP a 40th-minute lead which they held until the 70th minute when Wells struck from close range to snatch a point.
In Division 1, Yarnton battled to a 3-2 victory against Eynsham Res.
Paul Bough fired Yarnton ahead, only for John Crump to level.
After the break, Bough restored Yarnton's lead before Jamie Merry equalised.
Bough then set up sub Adam Smith for the winner.
